today was a day of a lot of different thoughts.
yesterday was so much fun. my best friend and one of her other best friends (who is slowly, but surely becoming one of my good friends) made a sonic trip. we then walked around downtown fredericksburg for a while. we built a really cool tower in a toy store with blocks, scripted a horrible puppet show at said toy store, and then proceeded to sit in a book store for a good two hours. we sat in a circle in the back of the store on a stage reading different books to each other. we would take turns reading so we were reading three books at one time. talk about mind stimulation. we concluded our day with jamming out on the drive home (during which i sup nodded a random guy we passed) and then sitting on my porch, talking about a bunch of different things. i love my friends <3
babysitting this week hasn’t made me not want kids. it’s just made me want kids so that i can raise them the way i was raised…the way kids should be raised. it’s bittersweet that tomorrow is the last day i’m babysitting. thankfully, i get to end the week with my best friend and another friend from high school whom i haven’t seen since my high school graduation.
i also can’t believe that this time next week will be the last night i get to sleep in my bed for the summer. where the hell did the summer go? it’s gonna be weird moving in without my best friend helping me and my parents. she’s gonna be in florida :( i’m gonna miss being home, my family, and my friends. i mean, sure, being home isn’t always the greatest cause i get in arguments with my parents sometimes. in fact, my mom and i got in one tonight because she doesn’t like the condition the house is in. yet, she doesn’t clean herself. i called her out on it and she got mad. but then when i came back downstairs from getting a shower, she apologized to me and gave me a hug. anyway…home is where the heart is. it’s my comfort zone and so it’s always hard to leave. at the same time, i love being back at VCU. i have awesome friends down there too and i have so many opportunities to look forward to. i just hate having to kind of lead two lives sometimes. it’s hard to have my life in richmond and my life in NOVA. oh well, it’s a part of life, i suppose.
i may try to find another job when i get down to richmond too. i have my internship, which will be bringing in more cash, but i kinda wanna find something else too. my mom got mad at me for having such a high gas bill too. it’s not my fault that my parents gave me an SUV to drive. what did they expect with the price of gas being so high?
i still have to pack for school, clean my room, and get my nails done. i also wanna get my hair cut again before i leave.
i need to watch the three seasons of 30 rock i bought the other day.
i’m glad i got to just chill after i was done babysitting today. i had no responsibility. so i took a nap and snuggled with peaches. i wanna have lazy days like that more often :)

oh dear, i love all foods so it really depends. but i love chicken nuggets and mashed potatoes.

bridesmaids, toy story (1, 2, and 3), 27 dresses, and friends with benefits.

it’s sad that i can’t since my grandpa was a mechanic, my dad used to work on cars, and my brother is a mechanic. but i’d love to learn. it can’t be that hard.

nope! don’t plan on it either.

no, but i’ve come close.

either a classic grilled cheese or a ham and cheese with mayo, lettuce, and tomato.

A meat omelette with banana and chocolate chip pancakes.

i don’t have one, but i haven’t been to bed before midnight in about a year. that’s only happened a very few times.

i definitely can be, but i’d rather be active and productive.
